Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although small and initially depressing to see, were free of mosquitoes unlike at a competitor's place. The service was exceptional, with staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was enchanting and far from the hustle and bustle, though guests need to be cautious not to disrupt the comfort of the setting. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, was a delightful highlight.
I had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel in the old section of Chang Mai. The rooms were fab with a poster bed, large, and had a private patio, lovely lounge, and a small kitchenette, apart from other rooms, making it very quiet. The service was fantastic from start to finish, with incredibly friendly staff. The location was excellent in the heart of the city, with pleasant garden courtyards, and there was even a delightful free Thai dinner offered as a thank you for returning. The dining experience was situated in a beautiful garden and was really good. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is truly a hidden gem with beautiful garden courtyards reflecting impeccable style, although the room size and initial impression may be a bit lacking. The service is friendly but with limited English skills in some areas. The location, while enchanting, may not be the most central. The dining experience, although well-presented, could use improvement in the taste and variety of choices.
